The domain name is what your visitors will click or type into their browser to get to your site.
Think of relevant name and the extension you want to have and head to a domain name vendor to get yours.
For this tutorial we will be using the sitect.net vendor.
Locate the Domain Name form in their main page: sitect.net and enter the domain name of your dreams and then click the Check button.
If the name is available with the extension you want (prefer .com whenever possible unless you have good reason not to. ) Select it and press Continue.
Now select a hosting server type: for this tutorial we will select the WEB SHARED CITY 11. It is a very good quality price web shared server and ideal for a beginner. Also, whenever you will be ready to grow, you can upgrade with a one click process.
Click the USE button to continue and complete the purchase entering your credentials and going through payment.
You will receive an email containing all the information needed for you next step.
Bravo: you now are the happy owner of a domain name and a server where your website will reside.
From your account at sitect, click on the cyberpanel button.
A new webpage will open and you will need the credentials you received by email to login into your Cyberpanel (click here later if you want more details about cyberPanel).
Click on the 1-Click WordPress LiteSpeed Create Button
Enter all information in the short form and press Go. After few minutes, your site is ready! Not bad!!
